What a terribly humiliating and uncomfortable position I’ve found myself in!  My neck and wrists bolted to the stocks.  The metal ass hook buried in my ass, preventing me from lowering my ass or kneeling.  My back and legs ache terribly.  If I try to rest my legs, the ass hook is pulled even harder into my ass.  My mouth is forced wide open with a jaw hook securing my chin to the base of the stocks, and a nose hook pulling my nose and upper jaw up high.  My mouth forced wide open for whatever my captors want to put in there.
